In this department we design and build small, medium and large machinery based on the customer’s needs, hence providing “turnkey” Ce-certified products. Dobos Automation provides 24/7 support, including telematics and “research and development” tax credit collection consulting service.

MACHINE FOR CONTROLLING JAGUAR MACHINING HEIGHTS Consists of 4 linear actuators with CNC height control, jig with Jaguar pneumatic body lock

It consists of an aluminium structure with seat for lid and CNC jack for opening and closing the lid
SISAL ASSEMBLY MACHINE
Machine consisting of 2 CNC linear actuators, with 180° rotary actuator for packing

It consists of a 4-position rotary table with air-type leak test, automatic loading and unloading

Servo controlled by a robot for loading and unloading, oil-hydraulic displacement of the riser removal cylinders
TRANSFER MACHINE FOR MACHINING KEYS
It comes in a 7-station version with automatic loading and unloading, CNC equipped with visual check for controlling machining operations
TRANSFER FOR ASSEMBLING LOCKS
It consists of 6 stations with rotary table, automatic loading with vibrator servo control.
